yEEt_1331 A lot of people seem to undercut the 7/28 opener, either because it was a tour opener and they tend to be a little rough around the edges, especially compared to what they threw down literally their next show, or just the fact that it was played in Arkansas (I was born in Bentonville, a**holes, oh, the disrespect!.... I'm kidding.) Either way the show itself was better than people give it credit for. Don't believe me? Majority of the first set was actually very solidly and cleanly played. Listen to the Disease > Simple duo that opened the second set. 30 minutes of solid Phish. It's not really that often that the band will try and stretch out right on night one, but they did, and it was great stuff.
